Refund policy
We appreciate your business and we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Every item has been inspected carefully before shipment to avoid manufacturing defects. If you receive your order and for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to assist you.
We have found that most returns can be avoided by proper measurement. We have a sizing chart to guide you and we are always available to help you.ย If your dog is within sizes and not sure which size to order, please allow us to help you.
We accept returns for exchange or cash refund within 30 calendar days after purchase of the product, with the exception of toys, hats, holiday products, sale items and other ones that are noted on the listing. Merchandise credit will be issued for the returns that take place within 15 - 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise credit will expire 6 months from date of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags attached and product packaging and without pet's hair. Hats must have draw cords attached.ย Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once it is received. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after item has been received.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement item for exchanges) if seller is not at fault.
We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or missing tags, boxes, etc.ย We can send the items back to customer at their cost or donate it.ย
Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of new order. If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs.
