We have found that most returns can be avoided by proper measurement.ย  Each product has the measurements listed to guide you. If you are not sure of the right size, please let us help you.ย  We can make recommendations but we don't guarantee the fit.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified before processing.ย  Please notify us as soon as you can via email info@louiedecoton.com.ย  We do our best to accomodate you but once an order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately cancellations are not possible.ย  Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We must be notified within 5 days of delivery with your order number to receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Products must be returned within 20 days of delivery. Place RMA number clearly on the package.ย  We can not accept packages with RMA # not clearly marked on the package and will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.ย ย 

Items must be returned in sellable condition, meaning unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, stains, or odors, and with all original tags and packaging intact.ย  Shipping costs are non-refundable.ย 

All merchandise sent back to us (return or exchange) will be inspected upon receipt.ย  Items that do not comply with our policy stated above will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense or disposed if sender doesn't want to pay for shipment.

Returns are not acceptable on sales, flash sales and some seasonal products.ย  A 10% restocking fee applies on returns.ย ย 

Exchange for a different size or different item, There is NO restocking fees for exchange. The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs.ย  Place a new order for the correct size/style you want and send back the items in accordance with the policy stated above.ย  We credit your account minus shipping in the method it was paid for within 5 days.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sales discounts including flash sales, custom orders, personalized items, beanies, neck gaiters, masks, and other items as noted on the listing are FINAL Sale, and not eligible for refund or exchange.ย  Sorry, no exceptions are made.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products

Each item is individually wrapped and packaged with the utmost care as quickly as we can. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item (that isย not shipping damage), we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense withinย 7ย days of your receipt of the product. To arrange the replacement of your merchandise, please email our customer service team at info@louiedecoton.com.

Forย any shipping issues, damages, lost, stolen or didn't receive your package, you shouldย file aย claim with the US Postal Service.ย  We have no responsibility once the package is in the possession of USPS.

Gift Return

If you have been giftedย Louie de Coton merchandise and would like to return it, we ask that you please return the item(s) following our Return Policy. Rest assured, the individual who purchased your original gift will not be notified of the return. For assistance in processing your gift return, please email our customer service team.
